Chicken Wings Recipe

Chicken wings is a very delicious appetizer and is a favorite dish not only for kids but also elders. Usually wings are deep fried. But today I am sharing you the recipe where wings are roasted in oven without compromising the taste. Really, you can’t believe how crispy and tasty wings are. There is a secret ingredient where it makes the wings so crisp. Please try the recipe and enjoy the chicken wings with your desired dip or as is.

Crispy baked chicken wings is very tasty and crispy chicken and a very good side dish.

  • 500 gms Chicken Wings
  • 2 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tbsp Salt


  • Clean and wash chicken wings and cut them to half at the joint and keep aside.

  • Take a small bowl, add baking powder, chili powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, and salt. Mix all the ingredients well.

  • In a mixing bowl, add the chicken wings and sprinkle over the spice mixture.

  • Nicely coat the wings with the mixture and keep aside.

  • Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit. Line a baking tray with an aluminum foil. Start arranging the wings on the baking tray.

  • Arrange all the wings in one layer on the baking tray.

  • When the oven is heated, place the baking tray in the oven and bake for 20mins.

  • After 20mins, flip the wings and bake again for 20mins more. 
  • Chicken wings are ready. Remove from the oven and serve hot. Enjoy wings as it is or with desired sauce.
