Almond Cranberry Bites
Almond Cranberry Bites are rolled balls(laddu) of raw ingredients which includes dates, nuts and honey (sweetener). You simply combine the ingredients into a dough, roll them and put them in the fridge, ready for snacking. The result is a protein-packed snack that you can pop into mouth.

Almond Cranberry Bites is a delicious and healthy snack prepared in just 15mins.
- 1/2 cup Raw Almonds
- 1/2 cup Cranberries
- 2-3 tbsp Dry Coconut
- 2 tbsp Honey
Add raw almonds to the blender and pulse until the almonds are broken into small pieces. Transfer the almond powder to a mixing bowl.
Add dried cranberries and dry coconut to the blender and pulse until the cranberries are broken into small pieces. Add to the mixing bowl.
Mix the blended almonds and cranberries or pulse until all the ingredients are combined.
Now add 2tbsp of honey.
Mix well so that the mixture is able to bind .
Take little portion of the mixture and roll into balls, pressing the mixture between your hands to seal everything together. Place them in plate. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
