Tandoori Chicken Recipe
Tandoori Chicken is a chicken dish prepared by roasting chicken marinated in yogurt and spices. Today we are sharing easy and simple steps to recreating this popular recipe with chicken breast for those who are on diet. This restaurant-style can be made at home easily using less oil without an oven or a grill pan.
Restaurant style tandoori chicken breast prepared easily at home.
- 1 Chicken Breast
- 2 tbsp Curd
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tbsp Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Oil
Clean and wash the chicken breast. Make a slits on the chicken breast.
Take 1 tbsp of curd, 1tbsp of chilli powder, 1 tsp of turmeric, 1 tsp of garam masala, 1 tsp of pepper powder and salt as per your taste in a mixing bowl.
Mix all the ingredients very well and set aside.
Now place the chicken breast in the masala.
Coat the prepared masala over the chicken breast nicely and marinate it for 2-3 hrs.
Heat oil in a pan and place the chicken breast over the pan.
Fry the chicken breast on the low flame for 10 mins.
Flip over the chicken breast and fry for another 10 mins.
Finally roast the chicken breast on medium flame for 5 mins on both sides.
Tandoori chicken breast is ready to serve.
