Instructions
Boil the eggs in a vessel for 10mins or till we get cracks on the shell. Remove the shell, cut the eggs to two halfs and keep aside.
Heat oil in a frying pan, add musturd seeds, cumin seeds and urad dal.
When urad dal turns golden, add turmeric, salt, coriander powder and chilli powder.
Keep stirring and fry on a low flame till nice aroma, do not burn the masala.
Now place the eggs one by one to coat the masala on each egg and fry for few minutes.
Flip the eggs carefully and mix it to coat the masala on the other side of the eggs and fry for few more minutes.
Serve hot with white rice.
