Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Raw Almonds
  • 1/2 cup Cranberries
  • 2-3 tbsp Dry Coconut
  • 2 tbsp Honey

Instructions

  • Add raw almonds to the blender and pulse until the almonds are broken into small pieces. Transfer the almond powder to a mixing bowl.

  • Add dried cranberries and dry coconut to the blender and pulse until the cranberries are broken into small pieces. Add to the mixing bowl.

  • Mix the blended almonds and cranberries or pulse until all the ingredients are combined.
  • Now add 2tbsp of honey.

  • Mix well so that the mixture is able to bind .

  • Take little portion of the mixture and roll into balls, pressing the mixture between your hands to seal everything together. Place them in plate. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
