Spicy Egg Curry is a delicious curry made with boiled eggs added with Indian spices.

  • 4 Boiled Eggs
  • 1 cup Chopped Onions
  • 1 cup Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 Chopped Green chilli
  • 1/2 tbsp Turmeric
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Oil


  • Heat oil in a vessel. Add mustard, cumin when they splutters also add cardamom.
    Spicy Egg Curry
  • When the cardamom is fried, we get a nice aroma then we can add chopped onions and green chillies. Saute them.
  • Also add ginger garlic paste and fry till raw smell goes off.
  • Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and mix well.
  • Fry till tomatoes are mushy. Adjust salt as per your taste.

  • Add boiled eggs and fry for 2-3mins.

  • Add coriander leaves and fry for few more minutes.

  • Spicy egg curry is ready to serve. Serve hot with white rice or ghee rice or jeera rice or chapati.
