Take sliced onions and green chilies in a plate or wide bowl
Add chili powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander seeds and salt
Nicely mix them by squeezing the onions so that the water oozes out.
Now add the besan, rice flour.
Mix them slightly to coat the besan on the onions.
Just add 1tbsp of water and mix the flour.
When the oil is hot enough, drop the flour in small portions
Let them fry until they are golden brown by stirring them now and then.
Remove from the oil and drain on the paper towel.
Add few chilies and curry leaves to oil and fry till curry leaves are crisp. Garnish pakodi with fried curry leaves and chilies. Serve hot. Kids love to eat with ketchup and adults always like to have with Tea or Coffee.
